Hello, I’m Bani Bhushan Singh

My Story

I was not born into a world of boardrooms, technology, and enterprise transformation.

My journey started from humble beginnings, with a simple belief:

Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.

Over the last three decades, I have had the privilege of working across diverse business functions, learning from people, processes, challenges, and failures.

What makes my journey unique is not the number of years I have spent in industry but the variety of experiences that shaped my thinking.

I have lived the realities of the shop floor.

I have solved manufacturing problems.

I have redesigned processes.

I have worked with sales teams and customers.

I have transformed warehouse operations.

I have led digital transformation initiatives.

And today, I continue my learning journey in Artificial Intelligence and enterprise analytics.

My career began in manufacturing, where I spent over two decades learning the fundamentals of operations, productivity, quality, and people management.

This period taught me:

I led numerous productivity improvement projects and successfully improved manufacturing performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
